    The controller of personal data is FLOVAS s.r.o. We are responsible for ensuring that your data is processed lawfully, transparently and securely in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

    For the purposes of finding a suitable job position and entering into an employment relationship, we process in particular:

    • Identification data: first name, surname, date of birth, nationality.
    • Contact data: phone number, email, residential address.
    • Professional data: CV, information about education, previous work experience and skills.
    • Documents: copies of visas, residence permits, passport data (necessary for lawful employee registration).
  3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

    We process your data on the basis of the following legal grounds:

    1. Performance of a contract or measures taken prior to entering into a contract: in order to mediate work and conclude a contract.
    2. Compliance with a legal obligation: reporting to authorities (Labour Office, CSSZ, health insurance companies) and tax administration.
    3. Consent: for retention in the applicant database for future job offers.
    4. Legitimate interest: to protect our rights in the event of legal disputes.
  4. To whom do we transfer your data?

    Your data may be provided to:

    • Employers (clients): potential companies you are applying to.
    • State authorities: Labour Office of the Czech Republic, Customs Administration, health insurance companies and social security administration.
    • Processors: external accounting and payroll companies or IT service providers.
  5. Data retention period
    • For the duration of the selection process for a specific position.
    • For the duration of the employment relationship and subsequently for 10 years (in accordance with archiving periods set by Czech law).
    • 3 years based on your consent (for the purposes of future offers), unless you withdraw your consent earlier.

    • Rectification of incomplete or incorrect data.
    • Erasure of data ("right to be forgotten").
